cacher pages blank [closed]

is anyone having problems with cacher pages being blank?
ie you click on a link expecting to see the cacher's details but it treats it as an unknown cacher?

Not on my page, though it does have another user linked on it - The Explorer is not related to either of us.

we've unlinked the explorer. not sure how that it got linked in the first place!
