It looks at the logs for finders on the same day.
Small number of finders on the same day and you get a nod.
Lots and you get a mate.
Heaps and it gets stronger.
If you do lots on the same day then you end up with inseparable friends.

Have a look at dak's Emu Mob and they're inserparable friends with Barcoder. Makes sense when you know who the two are.

It all makes sense now, glad someone asked.

According to my 'Mates' listing I'm "On Nodding Terms" with Bastvet - don't think she'd be very happy with that :?

Mine makes sense I as I have done a few finds with all the people on the top list. Some of the others I haven't met further down, just because we have all a new one on the same day but not met.

I like the hitlist. As I have planted & found all over SA the average puts a lot of my hitlist a long way away. Worth a laugh 8) And that's not criticising the site, I think it's fun.
