Well considering we are a one official language country... and you lost 2/3 ticks for this (and any decent browser can translate anyway!) I dont think it's too darn bad 
As far as "Anonymous Whinging" Im mean... criticism of caches, I dont think its a good thing to have! If you have an issue with a cache, you should man-up and put your name to any complaint.
So all in all its a perfect score hahaha

If you take out the multilingual support & german language support categories, then GCA wins convincingly!

Actually just realised if you co to the Help tab you CAN translate the site. I though that sounded familiar.
