Is there a mobile site?
Is there a mobile site for geocaching, GCA or this forum?
Re: Is there a mobile site?
You can log GC caches on GC.com
But you cant log GCA caches. It would be great for movable caches like the current Gnomes. Logging as soon as you find it.
Some of us only have basic mobiles not 'iAndriod things'.

It will be a standard mobile optimised webpage, no need for an app to be able to use it.

Re: Is there a mobile site?
I just use the regular GCA site on the blackberry, works great! And I can log instantly!
Re: Is there a mobile site?
yep, the basic wap internet is all i need. Well, its all I can use on my phone. Also Telstra NextG only give me 5MB I think a month.
If we are travelling, the laptop is usually in the car (to watch movies and the wife do Uni things (she works there and also studies).
I will go to a local maccas and use their free WiFi if needed.
I might upgrade to an Ithing/android oneday. (But the other TAB open in IE is looking at the Motorola Defy (weather resistant device) I need this as I am on my 3rd mobile from MTB crashes and it is usually in a ziplock to keep it dry whilst commuting and to keep the bits together when I do land on it.)

Yep, the site works pretty good on the iPhone browser .. however a version of the pages designed for mobile browsers would be niceZalgariath wrote:I just use the regular GCA site on the blackberry, works great! And I can log instantly!

Is it possible to put a link to the main GCA site for the cache you are viewing on the mobile site page?
