Trying to move some caches but the move log is not coming up. After submitting a move log on GA6464 all that happens is the old found log pops up on screen and nothing else seems to happen.

Actually I think the allocated DZ points have been removed off the cache too?!

EDIT - I went away and came back a few hours later and the issue seems to have resolved itself!

Hiya faeries, my son SenseiYoda got a premium membership today and we did the whole "My finds" PQ, unzipped and he logged onto GCA and imported it, but it's still 21 short (394 actual finds all GC to 373 listed on GCA).

I presume it's because he changed his name from LittleAmbassador to SenseiYoda, but I would have thought the My Friends PQ would have sorted thaat all out.

Any ideas?

LittleAmbassador still had control of the missing 21 logs. A manual import doesn't update the prior log owner, so they didn't get changed. All fixed now.

The stats graphs don't seem to be working.
Varied parameters, but none seem to be working this afternoon.

Actually it is working, just.
Took about 10 mins to populate any graph.

I've given the database a bounce, should be a bit better now.

Out of interest, it's been nearly 2 years since the last full reboot of the server!

Code: Select all

~$ uptime
 16:31:39 up 780 days, 13:39, 1 user, load average: 3.49, 6.23, 6.23

Gentlemen,

I was getting "too many connections" errors this morning. Tried a few times to connect but just gave up. Been out all day so only just able to report the problem now.

Cheers,
Michael.

I cant seem to access the Geobirthdays page. Getting the following:

Geocaching Australia is pleased to wish a happy geobirthday to the following geocachers.

Warning: simplexml_load_file() [function.simplexml-load-file]: data.xml:2: parser error : Premature end of data in tag geobirthday line 1 in /var/www/site/gca/docroot/stats/geobirthday/html.php on line 35

A geobirthday is celebrated on the day the geocacher made their first log on a non-locationless / non-virtual cache.

In the daily cache email for NSW the first one is this upcoming event cache...

http://geocaching.com.au/cache/gc5j2tr

It is showing as being held on the 4th of January, which is how it was originally incorrectly listed on GC. A couple of days ago the date was modified to 31 January which is when it should be. I tried importing the GPX for it but it hasn't changed the date on the GCA system - which is probably working as expected and just means it needs manual intervention by one of the site gurus.

The date has now been updated. Thanks.
