ok, thanks mate. Wasn't sure if it was for us caches or an issue with caches coming from GC.com. Thanks for quick reply and will import when I get home. (from a yank who calls OZ home...can't wait to get back and caching back home). tks for quickreply

Hi there,
Over the weekend I did Thunderbolt cache GC2YWJ9 and it is rated as a 3.5 terrain and 2.5 difficulty. The cache has been recorded in my finds and shows up in the numbers but when I go to the graph of terrain and difficulty no 3.5 difficulty cache shows up. Can someone help me understand please? It is the highest terrain rating cache I have done so far and I am keen for it to show.
Thanks

Remember there is a delay between what you post on GC and what appears here on GCA as the faeries do their magic. The quick alternative is to go to the cache you found on GC, download the GPX to somewhere on your computer.
Then go to the Imports section under the Cacher Page here and import that GPX. That will update the stats and then it should reflect your new dot on the plot. Though if it has been imported already and shows in your logs I will have to leave it to C@W or CraigRat to say why it hasn't updated the graph.

Thanks for the quick reply.
Yes I did an import and it is showing in the logs and numbers but not in the graph. SO I will wait for C@W or CraigRat to solve this little puzzle.
Had a great time
at the Chrissy in July gathering at Stanthorpe. Even though it was very very cold.

The graphs are cached fro a period of time to save server resources.
Have a look now and see if it's ok

GCA has that as diff 2, terrain 3
It looks like it was changed recently and the feed hasn't picked it up.
I've changed the D/T accordingly and your graph is now updated.

Hi CraigRat, Thanks for that. Graph is now showing correctly. When it was not showing I thought that the owners must have dropped the difficulty but after checking that it was still 3.5 I thought the glitch may have been a GCA one. Many thanks for the prompt service as usual.

I was checking my unfound caches and in the list found a rogue cache listing. There was a 'Karakuri Ningyo' cache listed that I had already done but when I clicked on it the link didn't go anywhere so I started looking further and found that there are two 'Karakuri Ningyo' caches listed.
The correct one with a link to gc1pah3 and an incorrect one with a link to gc1pah3a that doesn't go anywhere.
Can this be fixed please.

1. When you copy and paste from an external editor such as word, paste using the appropriate buttons to remove formatting (buttons 5 and 6 on the top line)
2. Click on the "remove formatting" button (last one, top line)
3. Call for help and the Faeries will (have) fix.

Once again, the GCA fairies have proved to be the best in the business!
Thanks for the info and help.

The "Cache Details" section of the cache page for an externally listed cache has likely had overly enthusiastic search/replace performed on it. See for example
Jurien Rocks!! or
Muddy Track Cache
I would be somewhat surprised if this didn't occur elsewhere ...
Cheers,
