caughtatwork,
we designed the feed for what appears to be the lowest widely published common denominator, rss 0.91. as mind socket says, this only has basic tags. given that, we had to make all the markup decisions for the user.
we were thinking about moving to higher versions of rss which seem to support more, and extensible tags (see the slashdot feed for an example of site-specific tags) but in the end we'd just be reinventing gpx through the rss mess. what sort of RSS feeds have you been parsing onto a website? do they look okay in an RSS reader?
we had a look at your website. it would have been nice to have had some attribution, but them's the breaks. as mind socket says, the best places for marked-up cache data are roblisa and the secondary site.
regards
i!
