GCA Webpages problem

Post by Donald, Daisy and Kids » 27 September 08 11:20 am

we are having a problem from time to time where the GCA webpages are coming up all garbled. It doesnt matter if we use IE or FIREFOX, both do the same, refreshing the page doesnt solve anything, log out and back in and sometimes that fixes it.

Any ideas?

What parts of the website (Main site or the Forums?)

Is it possible to send me a screenshot of the problem??

(if you use windows, open paint then click on your browser and go ctrl-printscreen then go back to paint and ctrl-V to paste it...save it as a jpg file and send it to me)
Send it to CraigRat@gmail.com

I haven't had any other reports of late of any issues like this.

Hi Craig, I did stick the pictures in with my original question but they seem to have vanished.

I will try again.

The css (cascading style sheet) is not being displayed correctly which is the cause of that problem.

You are using IE7 yes?
Can you advise exactly what version. It should be under Help | About.

As it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't it could be tricky to troubleshoot.

try holding down either control/alt or shift (we can't remember which) while pressing the refresh button on your browser. this will cause your browser to re-download the style sheet
