Re: Updating of missing Cache Logs
All fixed
In yo face Caughtatwork (oh thanks for fixing it)
However, I WILL NOT have the required 300 odd caches to be on the top at the end of the month. DONT YOU PEOPLE HAVE TO WORK!

Re: Updating of missing Cache Logs
Check your email.
You seems to be loading a GPX file with "smart names" exported from GSAK.
These cause problems in the database so I'm afraid I'll need to delete them.
e.g.
http://geocaching.com.au/cache/gc1zk85%20coral%20topaz
http://geocaching.com.au/cache/gc1tnqp%20starboard
etc
When you export from GSAK use %code and NOT a smart name.

Beautiful.
And now it shows you at the top of the ladder.
Careful. I'm off caching tomorrow and I might find a another half dozen
Still won't be there at the end of the month though.
I'm not THAT interested in the numbers

Re: Updating of missing Cache Logs
I'm not quite sure what my problem is. All my logs are showing here on GCA against the GC caches I have found. And on my GCA page, it shows my finds as 338 which is correct. But when I go to "My Logs", none of the past GC logs show up. Is this becasue I only joined GCA recently?
And how do I fix this? Do I have to do one of those "load my logs" jobs for them to show up here? Or is it a matter of linking something somehow?
Sorry for asking a silly question that's no doubt answered many times.

Re: Updating of missing Cache Logs
GCA uses case sensitive names.
You are strike-a-light at GC and Strike-a-light at GCA.
You can fix this by going to your My / Settings http://geocaching.com.au/my/settings/ and in the cacher name box enter your name exactly as it appears at GC.
That should solve the problem.

Re: Updating of missing Cache Logs
Have had no gc.com updates this month. Am I still alive or have the bad faeries killed me?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Updating of missing Cache Logs
The faeries ran out food for the last feeding, so we've changed their diet a little. This 'should' backfill your logs in a few days (hopefully).

Thanks.
Faeries must just be waiting for desert for one cache that hasn't updated for 4 cachers since 3/1/10 (Couche Cache GC21FZ6).
Not worrying about one cache - it'll probably work itself out in time.

all ok now. Thanks
Re: Updating of missing Cache Logs
How long does it take for GCA finds to be added to My Stats? I have found 66 (clickity click) Trigs & have confirmed this by running My Queries however on frequent finders it only shows 65. I understand that GC caches can take up to 5 days but my experience is that GCA finds are added within an hour of input. I love Trigs by the way - great idea!

The top finders tables are updated every hour or so.Tuena wrote:How long does it take for GCA finds to be added to My Stats?
