I Notice the updates from the Secondary Site haven't happened since about Tuesday, Has the Secondary Site stopped all communications with us over the events of the past few days?

I don't believe so - the 'other' forum mentions a few problems with database corruption, so I don't think a conspiracy theory is necessary just yet.
