An excellent suggestion and one that I would be happy to sponsor.

Looks like the pay rise has come through! I checked my pockets at lunch today and it had 10 x Zero dollars in them!

Re: Report GCA Site issues here
For some reason the daily email notifications have not been coming through. The last one I received was on Monday morning, nothing since.
I checked my profile and the Receive Email box is ticked. I even deselected and reselected it hoping that may start them off again.
One thing to note is that I did receive a regular GPX file that normally comes once a week.
Any suggestions I have not changed my email address or looked at my profile prior to this.

We did make a change on Monday night.
However I'm still getting my daily updates.
Let me look into it.

Re: Report GCA Site issues here
Aha!
Seems like the change I made was only sending the email to people where their forum name was identical, including case sensitivity, to their cacher name.
As both mine are caughtatwork, no problems.
As yours are HHHEddy and hhheddy respectively, you were being attacked by the bug.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Without people reporting bugs we don't know they're happening.
It has been fixed so you should be back on the list in the morning.

Interestingly, I got an email from another user today who hasn't had emails for a few days, also has a bigpond address, could be at their end.
[EDIT: His cacher and username were different, same issue!!]

Thanks for the great service.
Re: Report GCA Site issues here
I don't seem to be able to get the cache details for any GCA caches. If I do a search or query for a GC cache and select it, the normal sentances and logs appear as normal. When I do the same for a GCA cache, I get the heading and nothing else with my computer saying "waiting for http://geocaching.com.au/cache/ga1541... for example. Is there some database problem?

Hmmm, same here. Displays down to container and draws the next line, then just sits there "transferring data from geocaching.com.au". Using FF 3.5.8 here.

Re: Report GCA Site issues here
Sorry about all of the up and down and fuss.
When we post a link to twitter we shorten the URL as twitter has a character limit.
We use a URL shortener called snipr.
http://snipr.com/ is not responding which was causing the pages to take a long time to load.
I have pulled the twitter link from the all pages which has resolved the problem.
Please accept my sincere apologies for this. We'll find a better way to check for snipr.com and twitter.com to be up.
