The tag system is meant to be pretty free-form and abstract. When we proposed the system, users were quite specific in us not having pre-defined tags (or attributes). For some time now I have been making the effort to add tags to all the caches I do and I find that the free form nature of the tag s...

Sorry to take so long to reply. Big storm last night fried my router and my switch with one almighty strike very nearby. Only just back on the air now. Well I'll be buggered, it now works. No idea why it wouldn't work previously but now does. Thank you all for your replies at least you were able to ...

Google maps - satellite button missing?

Hi admins, <br><br> Just noticed something that was working before but doesn't seem to be working now. Went to check the location of a cache so I clicked on the google map link on the right hand side of the cache page. The page loads and the map appears in the usual way. In the top right hand corner...

Warm, Warmer...found it! - Now with added visual goodness.

There is a new magazine (I use this term loosely) called Go. Issue 2 has an article on page 21 about Geocaching. Quite a good little article and GCA is listed at the top of the list for websites with further information. GC doesn't even get a mention. Just thought I'd mention it. Cheers, Mike (Pi) G...
