Re: Challenge Cache

To everyone who was successful in their Challenge Cache entry, your cache listing and challenge checker have been created and transferred to you. You should have received a PM this morning explaining where to find your listing and what you next need to do to get your cache listing live. If you have ...

ACT DoE Volume of Traffic

https://ipinfo.io/203.62.28.71 Hi all. The ACT Department of Education are currently placing a staggering load on our server. I assume that this is a class that is using our site for something, but we can't sustain that amount of traffic. I'm talking about hundreds of hits on the maps, zones, kml, e...

Can you please send me the KML files you are trying to load. I can then troubleshoot the issue.

Re: Report Site Issues Here

We've had some weird queries running lately which don't time out and use up our available disk space. I think I've tracked it down and have disabled it for the time being. That should put the system back to normal.

Re: Report Site Issues Here

I'm flying a bit blind here. Can you please let me know what the routes number are? The only one I can see you own is Melbourne to Adelaide (route 654). If you have any others then they aren't under your name or simply didn't save. If you can provide me a copy of the route you are trying to upload I...

Re: Mid-Year Mystery Madness Month

Somewhere between 2 days to about 4 months :-( Australia Post are the WORST at being predictable. I have had stuff sit at AP for 4-6 weeks, then get returned as undeliverable, yet the same package I send as replacement with tracking, gets done in 2 days. It's been a week, which is not abnormal. Give...

Re: Report Site Issues Here

Solved is specifically for Jigsaw caches which have a "solved" type log.

I'll have a look at this one and see what needs to be done to exclude caches which have corrected co-ordinates.

Re: Earth Science Cache

A question based on a thought. Currently we are proposing that ESC's are "validated" by the response to a set of Q&A that the CO sets on the cache listing. i.e. You answer 3 or 4 questions with multi-choice answers to prove you were at the location. Of course this sets up a situation where you can b...

It's already there. In your case after Leapfrog and before Dino Racers.

Re: Challenge Cache

It would be your cache, you would do with it what you want. The same idea doesn't preclude you from being selected, especially if they are far apart. e.g. A Tasmanian and Queensland cacher that submit the same idea could both be rewarded. But someone two towns over may not. We're looking to run a re...
