Austin, of Boagsratz, personally is against the corporalisation of the sport/whatever. I would not like to go Mc Caching and winning a ticket for a happy meal. I prefer ther subversive nature of the sport.

Most odd, I have not tried it out, but was under the impression that most units had a disable feature that rendered them useless above a certain speed/altitude, so as the units could not be used in guidence systems for less savoury activities....or is this an urban myth?

wearthefukarewe, AKA Boagsratz

Hi there! when we first discovered caching, we thought that it would be hilarious to call ourselves wearthefukarewe (I think it was around 2 AM), however our american cousins rightly decided that they couldn't accept that name. So we called ourselves Boagsratz on their site, and use that as our cach...

Putting caches up for adoption, How to?

Can anyone please tell me how to put caches up for adoption? I have a willing parent, just need to know how to "hand them over" to him Cheers , Austin

Wonder if there any interesting Croc stories out there?....Although crocs are more sublime than Baboons probably the closest encounters are more than likely unsolved disappearences....wonder if there is an icon for, 'check the season, dont go there in nesting season'. :( :?

Well , I have been consideriring the logistics of placing one in the midst somewhere of the Westbury maze....would of course need to arrange it with the owner, maybe get a discount entry fee for the geocacher, and have a logo on his sign...but, as i see it, it would work for all concerned, the owner...

Soap is used in caches, because geocachers are known to be smelly people, alongside german backpackers and british immigrants, cachers are traditionally, just smelly! So people, wash a bit more often before going caching, and others will not deem it necessary to send such loud hints at you!:+} :P

Team Thompson, is it possible that your GPS is set at DDMMSS, (degrees, minutes, seconds, ) instead of DDMM .decimals? although it seems to be right now, and you would probably notice as you would have an extra digit...never mind, just a thought...

Hi and welcome to the thing we do! You may find what you want on Geobuddy, I use this software, it is cheap, and I think it may be able to do what you want...either way, it can do all sorts of wonderful things. ( I think I am using it at about 20% capacity so far...) Don't know the address, try goog...
