Re: i'm back

I thought there'd be more people in this thread. Obviously there is Norway they'd go Oslo as us :)

(For you old farts) - I'm trendy. I don't have to type posts any more. Now I can just type the first letter of every word and I am understood. Get with the times Gramps
Hahahahaha, about right with so many redundant abbreviations in logs.

What does HU stand for?
Not one I've ever seen before. If it as redundant as SL, then I wouldn't worry about it.

Re: Search for Archived Caches

I went through Crew_153's many bookmarks and the oldest event I can find in QLD is this one . Did you doubt me? :) :) You can run a PQ from my bookmark list to make it simpler to sort through. Haha, I just wanted to double check Crew. Even I am surprised how much I use your bookmark lists. Always a...

Re: Search for Archived Caches

As always a simple solution, many thanks Ghost Gums.

Turns out I was right, that was the first QLD Event (unless someone cares to prove me wrong :P). Best of all, it was just down the road from where I live. The ten year anniversary, however is 18 months away. Plenty of time to plan of course.

Either on GC or GCA is there any way to run a PQ or anything else that will give me a list of all the events ever held in a state (QLD). I tried on GC and it doesn't return archived caches of any sort, which of course, all events are ...

As per my log on http://coord.info/GC18W8J I arrived just after the cache owner had repainted the cache.
Haha! That is hilarious. I can just see that happening too.

Damn cache owner's and their maintenance :P

Re: Unfilled log books: Is it just me?

I hate the very same (almost as much as I hate negative threads, but this is also a pet peeve) . I also hate when some clown writes a novel in a small logbook. If there is space, I don't mind if you write a few words, but have some consideration. If I can fit '29 FEB 11 Captain Terror TFTC' on one l...

Re: A new idea or is this simply getting ridiculous?

Dogcaching Ok, what about a Cat caching? Or perhaps even parrot caching?? (I realize this would appeal to just 1 couple, lol) I know, I have come up with a winner - FISH LOVERS CACHING!! Bring your beloved fish along with you, After all, fish don't really get the chance to see the great outdoors mu...
