well i have had my new Magellan explorist 600 for a couple of days now and wow i'm impressed, the features the amount of storage room and the speed and acuracy of a position fix, done many tests and its always brought me to within 8m of my logged waypoint and on two occasions is taken me to within 1...

Well i just got my new GPS, Explorist 600 with the lot mapping software ect, although i'm not going to take it out of the box until Tuesday i however did install the discover Aus mapping software, and thought i would save a few waypoints out of my old GPS i punched in the cords and wow it was saying...

i have this week off work and will be getting my new gps on tuesday so i was thinking of setting up two cachies but where do you buy some good tins to store them in?

just interested to know what brand/model GPS everyone uses.

I've got a Magellan 3000XL but never used that for geocaching since i've only just found this site and will be getting a new GPS next week,
