Re: What3Words
That's kinda cool, but my initial thought was that because each address is so individual it gives no clues to its neighbouring addresses. For instance if you were given a street number and you're driving along the street looking for that number, you know that neighbouring houses order goes in one d...

What3Words
I’ve just found out about this but is could possibly revolutionise the use of coordinates to define a location on the earth’s surface. Currently we need something like this to define a location. S37 49.198 E144 59.010 In the new system a 3 metre square is defined by three words. Our location above i...

I wonder if we can build on that excitement with a follow up celebration involving a triumphant return of the GeGnomes to their birthplaces. 8) The long gjourney ghome My gegnome from the first gnome race did make his way home immediately after that race, languished in the study as a door stop for ...

Re: GeGnome ][ Electric Boogaloo
I wonder if we can dredge something out of the remains, such as a race for the gegnomes to get back home to their creators?

Re: GeGnome ][ Electric Boogaloo
This is an interesting time for gegnomes. Now the pressure's off, they wander like zombies, sometimes meditating under a bush for months or years. My gegnome from the last gnome race is also in WA, West Poppinyinning, if such a place really exists. Maybe it's a fantasy location where old gnomes just...

Re: GeGnome ][ Electric Boogaloo
Rough game this year. My Gegnome was smashed in the face and lost his nose somewhere between Traralgon and Patterson Lakes.
Despite this near fatal blow, he wandered out to Ballarat and finally made it to Canberra.

Re: Report GCA Site issues here
When you sort by descending Jopin Date, you get the same numbers of members, but nobody seems to have joined before a date in 2013.
A minor issue, but you might want to fix it.

I have not had any complaints when doing that so perhaps it works! :gnomette :griffin Well since there are prizes for the numbers of...
