Thanks for the heads up Cale, I may now stear clear of the MBA as I require more than 1 USB port and a CD Drive is a MUST! Cam ... and I wou...

I've never had any luck uploading from geocaching.com to my Garmin GPS60, although I haven't tried recently. I use software called LoadMyTracks to upload from my mac to my GPSr. (It also converts gpx files ...

The one that immediately springs to mind is to make a monetary donation (as many geocachers will have already). One possible avenue is the Victoria Bushfire Appeal that is being coordinated by the Red Cross. You can make an online donation by visiting their site http://www.redcross.org.au or by phon...

The globe is warming alright. Soon all the polar bears will be dead. YAY! :P :P  I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the penguins won't be doing too well either. :( Penguins have nothing to do with it, or do they? ... http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3514/3237598308_7148717bbd.jpg?v=0 Don'...

Re: Huh!!
The goal posts got moved because we kicked a lot of goals. We have sufficient funds, we just need to get the job done now. In that case, I think the donation thermometer on the front page could be misinterpreted. It appears that the webserver will only be replaced when the target, $10K, is reached....

I keep a 'Guilt List', that is, a bookmark list on GC where I add each cache after I find it. Once the cache is successfully found, I remove it from the list. That way, if there are several DNFs, and I can go and check, I will (it's never happened as far as I can recall). It's also interesting to se...

I'll let you know how I do it. I scroll quickly and don't read the whole question, just get the jist of it and choose the most correct answer. Now that the questiosn have "upped" it's a bit harder to get those sub 30s. This is exactly how I do it too. I'm very good at quickly spotting the relevant ...
