Makes sence why I clocked 820k/hr the other day on the old magellan then. Have not had that problem with the eTrex yet.

That time again is it. Getting all to commercial for me. Thank You for your wishes. Once Beni is run I'll worry about Xmas. Find a nice spot on a Queensland Beach somewhere and push my feet deeper into the damp sand. Plan my next find and crypt my next hide. Thank You all for a wonderful 2003. Let ...

Stickers

Of course I cannot speak on bahalf of the other cachers here at Red Ochre Geocaching (Dubbo NSW) but at the rate we are putting out caches we (or I) would not have a problem taking on an order of about 30 / 40 stickers. That would be 10 for each team here and not to much of a financial strain. I hav...

Cache Stickers

I concur with a aforementioned 'D'. If you choose a sticker thats going to last I'd be happy to buy some. I'd be happy with $2 or max $3 a sticker. I normally budget $20 all up for each cache and contents. One less item is worth a sticker. It'll put the Bomb squad guy at ease thats for sure! ...

How about it.

I'd like to see Oz cacher get into somthing like this. Sponsor a bug and see if it comes back to your cache. Would be great to follow. If I get some time Jan 2003 I'll see how many Oz-cachers are interested. Buying US bugs and caching them here would be a cheaper option than posting them. What do yo...

Thanks

Thanks for that Riblit. Didn't get the time to post a thanks before I left.
Was a great trip. 913km's in 30 hours. Down to Syd for the day and return. If I wasn't on my way to Qld I'd do the same for their cache event. I caught the camera before they caught me. I hope :)

Traveling Coords?

Did I read on here or was it another forum about Speed camera co-ords. I'm traveling to Lithgow tomorrow night and then into Leichardt near Sydney Saturday morning early. Thought I'd entertain the students I'm taking with the GPS and zeroing in on up coming speed cameras, towns or sites of interest....

So it this the theme for a now Locationless or Virtual? "You must log with a photo your co-ordinates of your-self or a muggle being mauled by a big cat. The rules for a find are..." Interesting article, and quite plauseable when you consider the entertainment that used to tour Australia in the early...

Nuttin slow about Dubbo!

We have four radicals. Two that will hide anything and two that will go anywhere! Literally. Spheriod 700 is hidden 1km into thick scrub. Team '80' got within 30 meters of it and then got out of his truck! Yeah - Dubbo = four teams and a few who would be more interested if they had more time. So the...

I am a normal person e.g. Father / Husband / Friend etc for half a day a week. It isn't until I have spent both days and I'm cached out on Sunday lunch time and couldn't be bothered. Last weekend Mixima and I hiked about 20k's up mount and down gully, through bush and out campsites! Wednesday is tom...

Christmas

All I want for christmas is a new pair of sandals. Wore them last weekend at the the Warrumbungles and they were great. Lite, dried quick, didn't fill up with blood and let the swelling toes swell. :? Think I might even lask out and get the ones with velcro that have the straps that don't tear out o...

Ok - listen up. At great expense I have invited a guest to speak with you all this day. She is our local paint expert ( Who also happens to be my wife!) and has graciously donated her time to set you straight on paint application. "OK, so i have been selling and advising on paint for the past 5 year...
