Re: Dubbo Surrounding areas flooded

Can any of the Wagga Wagga crew let me know if Coles at Glenmore Park is under water or likely to be by Friday? I am scheduled to fly down for a day trip to do a wireless network survey - but I won't bother booking the tickets if I'm not likely to be able to get to it from the airport. If its Glenf...

Re: Dubbo Surrounding areas flooded

The flooding will peak around Wagga Wagga tonight as Burrinjuck and Blowering Dams release massive amounts of water into the Murrumbidgee. Below is a picture of the Wagga Wagga Council Chambers building Friday 3rd,including the library and arts centre which is all closed and electricity turned off....

Re: Does size really matter?

I think an important point is being missed in most of the replies - apart from the original question not being answered as Blackie_71 observed. The point is that if there is a "size" box that we have to fill out then shouldn't it be used in a consistent manner to actually reflect the size of the ca...

Re: Wagga Wagga under floods.

I wonder if my cache survived... If yours did survive, its not looking good for the other cache in Adelong owned by Team DENMAR of Tumut. The other cache is located at the gold mining device in the main street. Both the picture on the cache page and the You Tube shot show a scary day in Adelong. ht...

Re: Waterproof Sistema? Doesn't look likely

I know a lot of people like them, but I personally am not a big fan. Sistema containers (IMHO) are fantastic in areas that are always dry, but are horrible in areas prone to wetness. Below are some photos of the recently archived cache ( http://coord.info/GC1GRA2 ) that is just down the road from m...
