Ask Tankengine about finding a string of caches before they were published officially. He has an hilarious story and the hider wasn't impressed!!! and didn't believe that the finds were real when the logs came in so quickly after the official publication Of course it is all ancient history now - but...

There needs to be more variety in the options.

enforce bans on new physical geocaches in defined areas

As long as you have included the use of the GPS as a mandatory part somewhere, you can use clues only for the rest, and as long as the reviewer can see the final coords, I don't see any problem.

This is no different to what I call a mystery multi except with a stamp at the end...

And it sounds cool
