Re: Its Official-we suck at this
Ipad with metroview. I know we are finding the correct locations, we're just terrible at spotting caches. You may suck at the moment, but you will get better at it. I suspect that the inbuilt gps/compass of the iPad is not as accurate as you think. You could be some metres away and miss the cache e...

Your best resource for GSAK issues/questions is the GSAK forum , not this thread. Try restoring your settings from a recent backup. One of my HTML settings may be of use: !Cache Owners Profile=http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?id=%ownerID Cache Owners Finds=http://www.geocaching.com/seek/nearest.as...

Re: New Program - GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife)
I think I have discovered my problem..... I only store the solved co-ords for puzzles back in the GC website, rather than GSAK. Anyone know a way to filter these? Currently I bookmark the caches, then run a separate PQ, but this method is far from infallible. The answer will be somewhere on the GSA...

Re: New Program - GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife)
It might have been possible using the first method if you changed the filename in the box above the Clear GPS before sending checkbox. Did you try that? I always use the macro. Around home I do this. I have two filters 1) Unfound within 200 kms (no mysteries) and 2) Mysteries with corrected coordin...

Re: GSAK - ignoring 3 of my finds
The most common way is via a checkbox on the Delete menu "Also top future imports adding back in..."Agent Basil wrote:Thanks for that. How would entries have got on that list - there were 86 of them ?

Re: Daily Update
Run a GC Pocket Query every day for dates between an arbitrary start date and December 31 2014. It will pick up all the newly published ones.

Take the SD card out and try again. Sometimes the SD becomes corrupt.

Re: How do I get mutual unfound query into GSAK?
Have you looked in the GSAK macro library?
This one may do what you want, other team members provide GPX files to the coordinator to create a master (mutual unfound) database.

Found: Un-activated TB "Copy" Tag
As the title says, we have found a "Copy" TB tag that hasn't yet been activated. If you are holding the original tag and can tell us the full number, where you think you lost it, then we have the activation code for you.
(The tag number starts with QD, and ends in G).

Re: "Throwdown" or "angel cache"?
Personally if it was my cache I would delete the log and stuff their streak. If it were my cache, I would say thanks for doing the maintenance run. (And was this the only cache they did in the streak? ) If it was my cache I would have disabled it so I could perform or organise someone to perform th...
