Another problem would be that you could have different generations of he same file for example speed cameras(taking up space). It would need someone to coordinate the files eg one person to handle the uploading of the files then anybody could download the latest files.

In GSAK you can also put a button in the tool bar from the list which will do this automatically I think that I had to tell it where ozi was to start with but it remembers it now. you can do the same for mapsource and Nroute
