Have tried to open an account for almost 12 months now but kept getting told that the email address is already in use. So to try and use said email I tell it forgot password and get it to email me new one. Every time I try and log on using jonathana1 the password has been changed so I get the system...

It seems that someone else has used part of my cache name and claim to be me. They are called jonathana1 [JABs] and somehow have even used my email address to log in. I have there fore had to open another email though AOL so that I can even log in. Can any one help on how to remove this invalid acco...
