Re: Stopping GCA Alerts
Excellent. Thank you. I thought it was my home coords, hence the confusion. Fingers crossed CraigRat can fix things for you/us/me.

Re: Stopping GCA Alerts
This is actually about the opposite of this topic. I've got alerts activated and get emails for new caches within a radius of 200km. My question is 200km radius from where? I just published a new cache something like 50km from home but didn't receive an email alert for it like I normally would. I co...

Re: How many is too many?
Just curious as to whether https://geocaching.com.au/cache/ga14855 should be archived or not seeing as it's impossible to achieve it without a time machine.

Difficult, but not impossible. Sometimes I upload 2 shots at different focal points.

Re: Logging trigs but stealing other people's photographs
You could see what else they found the same day in the area if they do more than just trigs. If yes, it still doesn't excuse/explain why you would go to the effort of cropping someone else's pics to pass as your own... besides the nefarious idea that they didn't actually stop there at all. If someth...

Re: Logless cache idea
You can on the "Enable GeoChecker" but that gives you a code word to reveal final co-ordinates, it doesn't require it for logging a "Found It". Aha! I've never tried the codeword to coords option so didn't realise that. Thank you for clarifying all this. Having never hidden an 'Other' sized cache b...

Re: Logless cache idea
No worries. Thank you for making that all clear before I attempted to hide one of the before-mentioned. :) The wiki might need to be reworded to be more clear on that then as it says, An 'Other' geocache can be one of two things: A cache which does not fit into any other catogory or a cache who's hi...

Re: Logless cache idea
If I create a multi that takes you to a number of different locations to gather information like numbers or letters, can I use the size of 'Other' for a codeword they will have after collecting all the bits? For example, I send the geocacher on a treasure hunt around town. The have coords for the fi...

I read the game description over and over but didn't think to read past forum messages. Haha. Thanks.

Re: Cacheopoly
Am I correct to assume you must complete the task of the tile you land on before you can progress? I've read through the game description a couple of times but cannot see it.

Re: Cacheopoly
Not sure if admins know this already, but you have to zoom in a lot to read the card you get. And some cards text overlaps. Examples: https://geocaching.com.au/gallery/images/ga5429/24728159104.jpg The game is designed for full screen monitors. We tried our best to make it useable on a mobile but we...

Re: What's new on Geocaching Australia
That's a really neat feature! It took me a few attempts to figure out what does what, but I got there and like how it works.
Thanks for all the work put into this new feature.

Re: Report Site Issues Here
Sorry I struggle correctly reading/understanding things like this... Could you please define Archived GeoArt caches (include the whole series if they are all archived) are not included in this challenge. a little further. Does this mean: - if an entire geoart series has been found but is now archive...
