I visited a cache on Monday and swapped out some plastic crap, leaving a pen radio and some walkie talkies... but I can't claim it because I left that same plastic crap on a previous visit when my little in-laws grabbed all the good stuff...

But your forgetting one thing, your not American. If your not American then they dont care. Granted the guy has no real power, but he still has a job to do, which is to keep young punks from vandalising the place... you fit the profile Lt Sniper, and when he asked what you were up to, you acted like a jerk. It all escalated from there... Things could have turned out badly on a caching trip...

But the etrex does list the distance and direction to the nearest waypoints!

.... I doubt that any of the people that deliberately speed would admit to driving without a seatbelt, why speeding?.... Don't forget the cache originated in America, where people don't admit to driving with a seatbelt. I was referring to discussion of an Australian/New Zealand version of the Speed...

With regards to the cache and talk of an Australian/New Zealand version, why is breaking the law by speeding considered to be acceptable, and why aren't people ashamed to admit to a disregard for road rules, their own safety and the safety of others?
