Re: Team cards cuasing a problem.

team cards can annoy me, in that they arent a trade item really, and theyre just something to fall out of zip lock bags and eh. idk. i think there may be better alternatives, but after all, its a very open sport, so i'm easy, unthus i shall fence-sit.

Re: This could be an interesting caching challenge.

haha wow. would certainly be a great challenge if you could make the thing. i like the idea of it sealing itself after an hour though, perhaps even only for 6 hours, but yes. bit like rogaining in a way too.

Geocaching on the Big Screen

Neither of the movies that I know of that are featuring geocaching 'Splinterheads' and 'Find Me' seem to be appearing on any cinema chain coming soon list. I know I would love to see them, and I'm sure many others would too. For this reason I have emailed all the cinema companies in the southside of...

Not so much lost, but I love when the GPSr runs out of power from the spare set of bateries, nothing like carryingan expensive piece of electronic ballast through the bush.

Re: Cache sounds

Meow! I was shocked the other day when amongst a large group of engineers none knew about Schrödinger's Cat. ](*,) WHAAAAT!?!! Perhaps the overwhelming issue of the silent/noisy tree may be answered by particle acceleration at the LHC. Clearly, colliding protons at high energies could solve this.

Re: TrigPointing

I'm a bit confused. there a couple of TrigPoints in my area, and none have been 'found' is this because people a) dont want to find them b) dont know about them or c) i'm missing something?

Re: Cache hints

I would say its fair to use your effort not supply extra hints if people are not willing to put in the effort to log a simple DNF. Agreed with all above also, a write note is not good enough to say someone DNF'd.
