You can on the "Enable GeoChecker" but that gives you a code word to reveal final co-ordinates, it doesn't require it for logging a "Found It". Aha! Am I correct to assume you must complete the task of the tile you land on before you can progress? I've read through the game description a couple of times but cannot see it.

Could you please define Archived GeoArt caches (include the whole series if they are all archived) are not included in this challenge. a little further.
