It might be better sending the file to somebody and they can delete the track you don't want. Just indicate what part you want deleting.

I only upload Shonky Full Topo and Shonky Transparent Contours along with my City Nav 6onto my GPS.

If your running the City Nav you can see the Contours in the back ground.
