Yes that's pretty much what we figured, and will likely tell him to Truck Off.

We have recently been approached by an US Cacher who wishes to adopted one of our TB's that has gone missing and has been buried on Isle of the Dead - Australian TB graveyard . What I can't understand is why any one would want to adopt a TB that has gone MIA, and that they have not seen, has anyone ...

.... It was stated that if there was enviromental damage occurring to a location, then the cache owner was to remove the cache from that location... Excellent - if that is going to be in the new rules, then cachers can advise of damage, just like you can now advise that a cache needs a maintenance ...
