I'm probably much the same as most others in that I'll look at a map and choose my path based on the caches I can see on the map. I'll be in Seymour in a couple of days with plans of finding at least one of the new caches recently published. I will also find a suitable spot for a Seymour ICEM cache if no one else puts their hand up in the meantime.

If it's definately on private property and the landowner hasn't agreed to having cachers wandering on their property then, unfortunately, it should be archived. A shame to lose such an old cache.
Log a "Needs Archiving" against it. It will be reviewed and assigned to the big GZ in the sky.

I approved their account a few minutes ago. I didn't see their application in the list over the last few days, though.
That said, there are often up to 30 newies whenever I check, and I usually check and approve/reject 2-3 times per day.
