I rearly look at the attributes and don't put them on my caches all the time.

Wouldn't bother me if they were on CGA but it would if they were required.

You need to connect to the GPS as if it was connected to a serial port. The USB to Serial adaptor would make a virtual serial port. You then connect to the GPS using serial connection option in GSAK or what ever software you're using.

Most people would be worried about the error but I would be very happy if one of my iron shots landed within 10m of the hole.

Not sure if it's sticktly legal to play with a GPS. I know my workmates wouldn't let me forget it if they saw me "Cheating" like that.

Once the coins have been sold, I don't think the original owner/creator can really say much about what happens next. I know of a few cachers that believe you should release all the coins you buy and that collecting trackables is wrong.

but buggr em.. I'm keeping mine and a couple to be used ...

I use flickr. Haven't had a problem as yet. It also makes it easy to customise the size of the image required for each link.

Caches

I carry a few "spare" caches in the boot of the car just in case.

You never know when you're gonna stumble across a great site for a cache. I sometime preplan them but usually the site is found on my caching exploits.

I carry a range of caches because you don't know what type of site...

Hiya everyone,

Just thought I'd let you know about a Podcast I listen to regularly.

Check out these guys out. They produce a weekly podcast on "all aspects of Geocahing".

Very informative and you get a good idea about how other cacher do it.

Let us know what you think.

The timer is in 15 minute slots. So if you dial up and drop out in 3 minutes you have used 15. On our travels we time it to the second to make the most of the available time.

This time has just (this week) been changed to 5min blocks. My brother uses one of these regularly in his work and...
