Explains how they finance it!Our community (free) license coverage is driven by our licensed customers. i.e. if they pay for an area to be captured, we fly it and give that information to the public free of charge.

Re: www.nearmap.com
Nearmap is brilliant in my area. Updates really regularly. I can go back and see what dates the photo's were taken of my place - I can see when my cousin was interstate (car in backyard), her parents visited (winnebago in driveway), Wackys were visiting, etc. I can see the expressway being built and...

The specs on JA didn't make that clear - run with either that or the Dak 10 then - they'd be equally as good.

Please add two wibbles to the count. They can't post here, but asked me to pass on their intentions. I have already answered the poll for myself, so cannot re-poll for them.

It will do the job just fine, but reading the specs, it doesn't seem to paperless geocaching - you'd need to take the information about the caches separately, probably on paper. You might be better looking at the Dakota 10 in your price range. http://www.ja-gps.com.au/Garmin/handheld-dakota-10-gps/ ...

[*]1 Good question, The event is not a race and was designed for you to move at your own leisure. Yes there may be times where a few cars park but this is a good chance to meet other cachers and talk. Just like any other event, 4wd trip or a 4wd association trip it requires common sense and safe dr...

If they fear being attacked then maybe they need to learn a new way of suggesting things or ideas. I am not attacking you but think about it, why all the negative posts, come on offer something I can take to the committee for discussion, but dont hide behind the "fear of attack" angle. It is an eve...
