Re: GeGnome ][ Electric Boogaloo

Found this link to see where the gnomes are currently located. http://geocaching.com.au/my/query/gmap/7536 I know that a number of times it has been asked if there was a way of creating found and taken logs, and the answer has always been it is not compatible with the GPX format. But thinking about...

Re: What's new on Geocaching Australia

That's pretty cool. Thanks. But just as I suspected - all in major cities. No chance for me to join the GeGnome fun. When I read in the GeGnome thread, "As far as etiquette goes, don't dump a gnome 200km from nowhere. That's not nice and basically exits the gnome from the race", I knew that pretty ...

Re: GeGnome ][ Electric Boogaloo

Errr, if you're getting a lot of superfluous notifications, sorry. There's a bug in allocating dZone points for a future publication so they were updated manually. Apologies for spamming everyone with new published logs. :gnome :D Gnathan seem to have fallen thru the cracks! http://geocaching.com.a...

:gnome =D> :gnomette \:D/ Thank you for the giant Gnome, he looks amazing. Thanks. While the base is royalty free, I did a lot of work on the hands and arms to make it do what we needed. :gnome  :frogette I don't know how you do it, but you always come up with great design and amazing results.

Re: GeGnome ][ Electric Boogaloo

:gnome \:D/ I have been asked to inform the public that the GCA (Gnome Commonwealth Army) 666th Gnome Gnarmy will be active again from December 1, 2016 until January 31, 2016. Various Gnome volunteers will conduct surveillance operations during that period. Please assist them in any way possible. :g...

Re: Swaggies are going to be removed from Geocaching Australia

:(
Sad to see them go, but I know that of the ones I sent out none have been logged for a long time, I think people get confused and put them in the too hard basket.

Re: Is Geocaching Australia worth pursuing?

I do love GCA and would be very sad indeed to see its demise. I have done my best over the years to place GCA caches but the overall find count is still very low. I use the GCA site almost exclusively and use it even for finding CG caches. I realise that to maintain the site a large investment in ti...

 :griffin I just tried to access the Toolbox but keep getting the message: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare gca_centroid() (previously declared in /var/www/site/gca/include/gca_formatting.php:2604) in /var/www/site/gca/include/gca_toolbox.php on line 50 It may possibly be my very old and tired com...
Yes, still lots of unfound caches up your way...even after 3 or 4 visits. It will take a while, but were going to have a crack at changing the colour of most of the caches up there to match the actual name of the mountains... :cerberus :cerberus
You are welcome to try Mate, bu...

Unfortunately since I can only travel by public transport and foot I am restricted as to where I can go and most of the accessible (for me) caches I have found already. I guess I can only put more out!

And here I was thinking I might be able to fly under the radar..... :-" :-" But yes, blossom*, go forth and find/hide caches, this game has added a whole new dimension to my caching experience..... :D :D (as you can probably tell...) :cerberus :cerberus Not so much under the radar, I have been keep...
