Re: Alternative Co-ordinates

Via the LiveAPI, when you get the info of a cache, you get the original coordinates in the msin data and an additional waypoint as the corrected coordinates. FYI.

Re: Cannot load Waypoints in Geocube

A couple of questions: - Make sure you have disabled all the filters (Waypoints -> Filters), then they will show up in the list (Waypoints -> Waypoints). - When you import the GPX file, do the numbers on the import screen increase? - Under Queries -> GCA Public there are a bunch of public queries st...

Re: 2017/2018 Summer Game

Excited to partake in another games \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ , but I don't see how the above works. If anything WA is at the greatest disadvantage due to the tyranny of distance. Jumping the border in the East is easy and can be done quickly. It's a day trip and plenty of $$ for the West. As somebody...

Phone app: Chart your GNSSr

The local reviewer in here in NSW, Australia wanted to do an experiment: > Attach your GPS receiver to a tripod. Turn it on and record its position every ten minutes for 24 hours. Next day, plot the 144 coordinates your receiver calculated. What do you suppose the plot would look like? > Do you imag...

Too bad about the $10k price tag for a receiver.

Maybe LovelyLadyLocks (IIRC, apologies for the misspelling of the name) can help getting us some cheap ones :-)

Re: Cathedrals of Australia series

I do believe that the Historic Engineering Markers in Sale also were placed in SA instead of Victoria. That place is cursed :-P

Fixed btw, thanks for telling!
