Re: FTF Prizes - Usual Practice
I have developed a philosophy of placing a FTF gift in all my hides if the container is small or larger. For small and regular containers I usually leave an unregistered geocoin, because those I have plenty of. For regualr and Large containers I leave a small gift that I have aquired from one source...

Thank heavens and C@W and the others for the shop. Now I will have to go outside and check my GCA goodies and think about placing more orders.

Re: BIG Little Geocaching Event
Congrats on the effort. If this does go Mega I will be disappointed as I have to give 12months advance notice for my Annual leave and as I am going to the NZ Mega my leave up to Easter 2013 is allready pencilled in and can not be changed. If it had been Easter or even after I would have had a chance...

Re: NZ MEGA 2012 - an update
I would like to know from the organisers, is there going to be an emblem for the NZ Mega? As you know the Oz Mega used the Murray Cod and the Platypus. Just wanting to sort out a design for a suitable pathtag. I think there a quite a few of us waiting for this announcement as this question has been...

Re: Active GC caches showing as Archived on gca finds.
Hello Craig Rat Followed your advice. Did not work. As has happened to me before. Had a look at these 4 this morning and they all had the red line thru them again. Seems to be ok after I do it but when I re boot my PC this happens. Any chance it has something to do with PC memory or something like t...

Re: Active GC caches showing as Archived on gca finds.
This Banana Bender did have a thought and I tried that yesterday and it was ok for awhile but when I had a look again a little time ago the archive line was back.
I have done as you suggested again and will keep an eye on it.
Thankyou for being so prompt.

Active GC caches showing as Archived on gca finds.
Apologies in advance if this yougoldfella has lost the plot. Just checking my finds on my cacher page and saw four gc caches with the red archived line thru them. Went to that other site to verify if they were archived but they are still active. The Ghost Train GC38GHH Air Cache Investigation GCC39Z...

Re: Cachers who refuses to sign the log book
I also say Delete. iIwill accept not signing the log in the case of a movable when the finder actually moves it. I have found some movables where there is no log book provided. There is proof that the cache was found as it was relocated.

Re: How many found in between home and your nearest unfound.
My nearest unfound is 32.2klm from home. This includes GCA GC and Trig caches. I have 133 finds inside this 32.2k radius. If I had a 4WD or access to one without hiring then my nearest would be over 50klm from home and I would nab another 8 finds. But when you live in the country whats a few 100k or...
