Re: New version of "your computer has errors" scam?
I saw another warning today on facebook where you get an email from the Australian Federal Police saying you have a traffic infringement notice and giving you a link to click on. Needless to say, don't. In Canberra the AFP don't run the camera detection devices so the infringement wont come from th...

Re: New version of "your computer has errors" scam?
I have heard that if you randomly press numbers on your phone before hanging up (at least 20 numbers) the machine thinks it has dialed a fax or data line and deletes your number. Re: Garmin 650
I have the Montana 650T and purchased it from Johhny Appleseed (just google them). I love the screen size and the window mount that converts it to an in-car navigator, as well as recharges the internal battery. As for it being replaced by a newer model I can't comment however Garmin seem to support ...

Re: Elevation plot graph
I use Garmin Basecamp, which is downloadable from the Garmin website, with my Montana. It produces the elevation graph from the GPS for me.

Re: How do I load the files from a Pocket Query?
jusojara What is GSAK? It is a database that can manage your PQ's, even downloading them directly, and then you can filter, sort and upload (as well as many more things that I haven't figured out yet :stabby ). You can also manage your finds PQ's in there as well. You can get it to try from http://...

Re: New Program - GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife)
I use the different filename method on my Montana when I travel so that I can then delete the file for the caches that are not in my local area when I return and it doesn't affect my usual upload.
