Keep deleting their log. Eventually they will get the hint, or will contact you to ask why.

Re: Helpful Hints for Newcomers

Please don't put out any Eclipse/Mint tins. Be inventive and try and hide the largest container you can possibly manage. We have been caching now for over ten years and it is really sad to note that the trend of placing small caches without swaps is increasing, especially in a spots where a much lar...

Re: Unpublished GC Cache appears on GSAK & GCA

You should always check your GSAK database for caches that haven't been updated with your PQ, as archived caches and ones such as this do not appear in pocket queries.

I figure if they haven't been updated for 7 days then it is safe to delete them from the database.

Re: Oziexplorer and Magellan

if Ozi is set up correctly, you should have a "Magellan" menu. One of the items in there will be "Load Current Track from GPS"

Once done, if you still can't see the track - there will be a show/hide track button onthe toolbar. (Ctrl T will also toggle it.)

Re: List of Facebook Groups

Thanks. That's a useful list.

Is there any chance that the forum gurus could start a "Geocaching Australia" facebook page to supplement all those fragmented ones?

Search groundspeak by postcode (Help)

I'm attempting to search groundspeak for caches in the postcode area 2835 (Cobar NSW). But every time I enter the postcode into the search box I get caches in Hungary.

What am I doing wrong?

Re: A very personal decision

We are both registered as organ donors. We have informed our relatives etc of our wishes, but it still peeves us off that the current legislation still allows our immediate family to override our wishes should they choose to. The donor register should be an "opt out" not an "opt in" register, and no...

Why not just copy the GPX file directly into the Dakota /Garmin/GPX folder?
