Re: Munzees!
Has armchair logging been much of a problem? You could do exactly the same thing at gc.com.au and gc.com so I am not sure why it is a priority. Hoping their business model is working out so munzee doesn't go "poof". But on a more positive note, I was much more interested in finding munzees than cac...

Re: Moving Cache Race 2011 / 2012 - Theme Poll
\:D/ Well I have already got 4 frogs ready to race and looking for another but with specific requirements. Don't think we will need 5 pathtags but 2 would be nice. Happy to meet any costs for them! Soooo looking forward to the race, and the lunacy of racing straight out of the house day/ night hopin...

Re: Munzees!
Well after thinking WA had missed out on the Gold munzees we managed to get 1 at midnight and again another at 6.30am. Whilst they are fun and getting in at the ground level is great. I think geocaching is still 'it' for us. More playing required to be sure though. Saying that though we are still lo...

Re: The longest GCA power trail in Australia (idea)
At the top of your screen on the GCA website, you should now see the following logo. http://geocaching.com.au/pics/logo_icem.png =D> \:D/ Love the logo. Saw it as soon as I logged onto GCA didn't go into the forum till after I had read the Wiki. I am sure the logo will attract further interest! Gre...

Re: A motto to follow when placing caches
I vote NO aswell. Whilst we have only 37 caches we have a very wide variety. They include a Traditional Nano, a Traditional Ammo box both at nice local parks but nothing out of the ordinary. Whilst we have some very interesting caches more for the non standard hides. It's up to the finders if they g...

Re: Not doing GCA Caches (split from other thread)
\:D/ Well we do use GSAK to load the 2 x TomTom and our magellan 400 & 610 with all caches. so yes we have nearly 5000 caches for WA in the 610. We got totally hooked on geocaching during last years moveable race so we certainly do as many GCA caches as we can, particularly moveables. We also do a f...

Re: The Moving Cache Race for 2011/2012
\:D/ Well we are really looking forward to this race. The only reason we are so addicted to caching comes from our addiction to moving the gnomes last year! So bring on the race, no matter what form it takes. Though I think we would vote for Frogs. Definitely not into Zombies for us. Can't wait to s...

Re: First impressions of eXplorist 610
\:D/ We had a Magellan Explorist 400 for many years for 4wding. Have now upgraded to 610 for geocaching and just loving it. The touch screen is great except as previously mentioned when trying to cancel a route. We now carry a Nintendo Stylist with us and when we need to scroll the touch screen we u...

Re: The Moving Cache Race for 2010/2011
\:D/ We were only introduced to geocaching on 12th December. We raced home and joined then brought up google map of caches near us and found 5 gnomes within 15km's. So off we raced the next day to find them. Not to be another cacher had found 4 in front of us. We did find 1 though being Wilber the S...
