Re: Lies, damn lies and statistics
You're not accidentally clicking the icon on the right of the 'Geocaches by Hidden Date Range' at all? THAT will download the xml file.Hoojar wrote:I have not been able to get the 'Range' link to work in the statistics this week. It keeps trying to download an .xml file?

Re: Google plus code
Reading that I thought it looked a LOT like Open Location Code, which it is. It's an excellent idea, especially in underdeveloped parts of the world. Not sure if the 14x14m resolution is good enough for us to implement (we put UTM on the cache pages, but that is a 1x1 resolution reference.) Will wat...

Re: New Program - GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife)
The change of our URL from http to https is the probable cause, you might need to contact the mtrax to fix (we've caused him a few headaches this week!) OR pull it apart yourself and replace any occurances of http://geocaching.com.au to https://geocaching.com.au I did it with my copy and it works fine

Geocaching Australia 'Secure' URL: https://geocaching.com.au
By popular demand, and also because we were going to have to by mid-year anyway, Geocaching Australia is now using 'secure' https. Our proper URL now is https://geocaching.com.au but fear not, the old url still works for the site and forums and automatically re-routes it for you. While we had it on ...

[Work Complete] Site Outages - Mon 12/3/2018
I'll be doing some changes to the site over the day on Monday, from time to time the site may or may not go down or report issues, so please don't panic. Please check the Facebook page for updates as the changes may render the forums ineffective at times. If you don't have Facebook or 'only use the ...

Fixed.
Our temporary folder on the server got all jammed up with stuff. Now sufficiently unjammed.

Re: No go caching areas
http://geocaching.com.au/zone/ Select State, also, select 'No Public access' or 'Permission required to place caches' or whatever to see the zones in question, click on the zone to view the map. this is NOT a definitive list by any means. The onus is 100% on you to verify it's ok to place a cache in...
