Re: Griffin Clan
Also, is there a map with the colour shown to indicate which colour has control of areas? When you view the caches on a map there's a little box that appears in the top left. Select Show dragonZones and wait for the overlay to load (can take a while sometimes). Ergh, what am I doing here helping yo...

Re: What to use for a logbook for a waterbottle cache container?
How about putting the log and writing implement in a large plastic bag that when replaced into the container has enough volume that it won't get shoved in too far and the bag gives you something to grab onto to yank it out again.

Re: Clan Phoenix Chat
And it's obvious the leading clans have kept their competitors lower to get the most points. Dont forget Strategy folks. I'm betting that competitor numbers are low initially because a) they've been waiting for the weekend to go out and cache, b) they're coming to grips with the game requirements o...

And even if you do live in a city area, it's tough to find GCA trads so it keeps the game interesting.blossom* wrote:These Locationless ones make it a lot more fun if you don't happen to live in a busy city area.

One of this week's scavenges is: Hide and publish a Locationless geocache, which is why it seems like there's more coming through than normal.

Re: Cerberus Clan Chat
The blue dragon is yet to fire up in the Summer Scavenger Series. I know we're not even 24 hours into the game, so I do hope you've all got a plan for the rest of the week, but we can't let those other pesky dragons get an early lead!

UX tweaking
I wanted to make a couple of suggestions with regards to the menu options in the Cacher page and tidy up some of the options between my profile and my account. Is change in this area open for discussion? My first suggestion would be to unbury the draft/unpublished caches list. I will put forward a m...

Re: Images for Locationless
Avoid adding the image directly into the log so it displays. This is a very large bandwidth hog. Especially on a mobile device. I would hate to get to a cache page of a locationless cache and have to download 100x1MB files just to see the cache page. By all means link, or use the thumbnail, but con...
