Re: Web Hosting Costs?

I've got my web hosting with a dirt cheap provider (godaddy), and for just a simple blog, and a few photos (you get a heap of storage, so no issues really), it is cheap. I think it worked out to be about $5 a month. Never had a problem with the reliability, or speed, as the blog doesn't get much tra...

Re: [OT] - Web Hosting Question

I've shifted my e-mails over to Google Apps. Was having hassles with godaddy mail hosting, so with Google Apps being free, highly available, better spam filtering, and a lot more flexible. When the current hosting contract is up with Godaddy I'll find somewhere else to host my www side of the domain...

Re: Garmin Asus A50 - Software

However, before I paid up I thought Id run a little experiment and popped my old prepay Telstra SIM in... and guess what. Ring Ring, it worked! Pulled out the work Blackberry, which is locked to Vodaphone, took out the SIM, popped it into the A50 and Bang! Still can make calls and browse th...

Re: Garmin Asus A50 - Software

For those that are still thinking about it, DSE still have them on sale for $199 and have apparently got more stock in. We bought one and I'm really impressed with it, especially for the price. Even if you bought one of these just for the maps/GPSr functions it's a bargain! Will be great if there is...

Re: Cheap custom stamps - $4 shipped

Just got an e-mail confirming that my order has shipped. Will be interesting to see how long they take to get here. So did I. It will be like Christmas if they all arrive at once. "What did you get?" "Show me!" "Mine's better." "Why did she get that one and I didn't?" Yep the only thing I'm annoyed...

Re: Shenanigans...

PMSL - I do not like being told not to google something, and by golly I choked on my drink, thanks for the laugh :o) For others who have very curious minds, DO NOT GOOGLE THIS AT WORK  It has been around for many years, and caught so many people out, but as one person learns from their mistake...

Re: Cheap custom stamps - $4 shipped

Looks like the voucher was good for more than one US day, as I've only just ordered mine now.

Went with a standard text design, as trying to get duct tape as a pic on there was going to be hard. A bargain price that's for sure!

Re: Report GCA Site issues here

When looking at these for SA, there is a (US) cacher SEMIK that shows up as leader for a lot of the months. It looks like he's only been here the once though, and that was recently, so somehow all of his logs that he has imported in to GCA have managed to end up in amongst the SA stats? From memory...

Re: Report GCA Site issues here

Not sure if it's an actual issue, but it's getting pretty hard (for an almost half centurion) to read the names at the bottom of some of the cacher stats graphs. Increasing size/zooming just make the names fuzzy. Is there a way of separating the stats? Maybe 2000-2005 and 2006-2010? Not sure how th...

Re: Do I Log A Find?

Unfortunately I cant look for the archived caches that were multis. Such as this one. ](*,) Cheers 8) I wonder if you dropped a friendly email to theUmp or iRiblit if they would reveal the final location? I think it's great that you have collected an abandoned and archived cache. Better than having...

I would be careful using it though, as technically you would be breaking the GS TOU, and you could get a nasty e-mail from GS asking you to cease using it, or have your account banned.

Having said that, it's a handy app :D
