From the my account section aat GC.com find the pocket queries section on the right hand side and create a query for the caches you want.

Use a program like GSAK to manage you waypoints.

You can get these PCMCIA cards on an hourly plan with unlimited data so If you've wanting to chew through a lot of data I suggest you go that way. If you only need a little burst of data from time to time, ie. downloading your email headers to make sure no-one is missing you then a by the kilobyte p...

The original idea on this site was that a cacher had enough common sense to be able to work out is a cache hide is safe and legal without having someone second guess him/her, So why are we having this discussion? If you can't convince a gc.com reviewer that you can maintain or arrange maintenance a...

Not quite. Things such as sig cards left by finders would not be considered fair game. I agree but why would you want to take vistor cards out of a cache as a trade item. Mine aren't anything special. My opinion is that Signature items should be more significant than a business card. As to whether ...

I would assume that anything in a cache is fair game.

If it is to stay in the cache you would expect instructions similar to a travel bug sheet.

No instructions = swap item.

Have magnetic caches had their day, absolutely no way. Remember, newbies are starting everyday, and they have not seen a magnetic cache before. I have seen quite a lot over the last coule of days, and I have to say Im amazed how versitile, and cunning some of these hides are I agree, don't deprive ...

It's simple. Visit the cache, sign the log and leave.

If you don't complete my cache in the way I intended, will I be put out? Have I missed out on learning something about an area? What have I lost?

Is it really all about the numbers or is it the journey and friendship?

I don't have one but I'm assured by the manufacturer that they are on their way. Mine will be a small AAA torch engraved with some special details. I think they make special items for other cachers. I (will) use them as my "approval" of a cache. If I feel a cache warrants one, I'll pop it in. I do a...

I personally don't like the idea of having to bow to someone elses wishes just to log a cache. I actually place them on my ignore list. I cache for myself and not for the owners of the cache. I place caches for others to find. If they wan't to lie and log the cache without emailing me the answers to...

What is this web site? This web site is a forum for Australian geocachers to exchange ideas and a central listing and stats resource for Australian and New Zealand players. A quote from the FAQ.. If we're to become "like" the other site, why would people use this one? Even though I haven't placed a...

Hmph...if only it worked on mac... good to see stats other than just total caches (i.e. av difficulty and terrain rating).
