Re: The Moving Cache Race for 2010/2011

Shoes is good =D> But what I love about the 2 moving cache races we've had so far is that they're in the summer holidays. .....snip.... So I vote we keep this particular moving cache race format over the 2 months of Decemebr-January. (just my opinion tho') That's not to say we can't play other game...

Ohhhh... I like that! =D> Mines going to be.... maybe a real "pot" plant  A few options present themselves for that one. 1 No one will want to move that one then in case they run foul of the law. [-X 2 Lots of people will want to move it but perhaps it won't make it to the end alive. :-" 3...

Re: What's your Radius?

In the rural parts of NSW cache density isn't as great..... But here are my current stats and radius. I guess 1/3 unfound in 50km radius isn't too shabby. Hope to clear that 10km radius tomorrow and also the 22km. But some may be gnomes which I have to leave till someone else moves them first. If I ...

From when I first found GeGnome 4 Gnorton. This isn't how I found him but took a piccie to show him off. http://i1103.photobucket.com/albums/g461/renroc57/Gnomes/DSC07449.jpg He said it was too far from his hideout to the dining room of the club so he was really hungry. http://i1103.photobucket.com/...

Re: GeGnome Project - Photos and fun

Some photos now I have worked out how to do it. GeGnome 4 Gnorton and Kabouter meeting up at the QLD NSW border. They helped me collect info for Cookout At Delta Bravo before heading south again. http://i1103.photobucket.com/albums/g461/renroc57/Gnomes/Palsmeetagain.jpg Kabouter helped Gnorton find ...

Re: Newbie thread: Which PDA/GPS combination to buy?

My iPhone has latest software operating system. Make sure you have the latest GC software update. There was a note (GC forum? or somewhere I read) that in the previous version there was a memory leak which eventually slowed the app down just like you said. On reflection, that happened to me - slow ...

Re: The Moving Cache Race for 2010/2011

I went on a gnome gnapping mission today. I managed to grab 2 gnomes and bring them south across the border. Now we have some to play with here in the Northern Rivers. Photos to come. Kabouter and GeGnome 4 Gnorton are currently with me and will be released into the wild again shortly. Gnorton reall...
