It kind of reminds me of the dead wombats between thredbo en jindabyne who were put in different positions overnight... Its a sick sense of humour in poor taste, but still I have to admit it gave me a bit of a chuckle.. But that is only on a picture, if I was there myself I wouldnt have appreciated ...

It makes your skin more sensitive to UV. Had a giant blister (15x5 Cm) because of it once..

Not sure if they grow in perth.. but there are definately plants that cause these kind of symptoms..

Hard call, TK.... it doesn't actually mention the centre by name from what i read, so on that basis I would say it is not commerical.... unless ofcourse the cache setter is also the owner of the horses.....
