Ozi Explorer allows you to save files in Google Earth format. Load them into OZI as WPT files and then save them as KML files.

Or there is a GSAK macro available to export them as KML files.

I'm sure you already know this, but GSAK will load a ZIP file straight up without decompressing it first. (Or a folder full of ZIP files)

You can also just drag a ZIP onto the GSAK icon and it will do the same.
