Top hiders and finders for physical caches??

I hadn't really noticed this part of the homepage until relatively recently - then thought - cool.... it would be nice to see the GA leaderboard, then for a minute was seriously impressed with the find/hide counts, until further investigation showed it was basically almost entirely locationless hide...

Re: GCA or GA?

I tend to use both GA/GCA interchangeably, for no apparent reason.... must depend which neurones fire up (or don't fire up) when I'm about to say it.... :) I think I've used both in the same sentence before!

GCA finds statistics

This may be a simple question, but I have scoured through pages and menus trying to find what I'm after.... Is there a way to bring up a list of cache finds by category, for GCA alone? A bit like the image from our 'main page' but for GCA only... ie no of trads/trigs/virtuals etc...... pic here - ht...

Re: Geocaching Australia Find Rewards

I also would like to these to continue and am more than happy to make a donation to assist with costs. Worse case scenario consider 5 tags at $300 which equates to $1500.00. there are q few of us past the 5,000 and 10,000 finds mark so hoping that if ordered the issue of these would be retrospectiv...

Re: Any opposition to geo-name changes

I saw the name as opportunistic - do it now, take the opportunity in front of you now because t might not come up again, or "live now like there's no tomorrow". I've always interpreted your name in that way - live like there's no tomorrow..... so definitely in a positive light. So I'd vote to keep ...

Re: Battleships

Yep - well done to the game admins. We had a ball, its a pity we don't have that much around us, but certainly did more GA caches than we would normally, because of our thirst for ammo! We also hid our first GA trad.... We struggled to hit much after some early luck, but enjoyed ourselves.... Thanks...

The bling trig

We went out caching/trigging today, so happened to be a trig milestone too - and found an upgraded trig, with the pole/vanes having been upgraded to stainless, very smart...

Re: Battleships

Bah! We found 10 GA caches today - and my trusty sidekick, renown for taking out the carrier with sequential shots, splashed all 10 shots harmlessly in the drink! :(

Re: Future Games

..... The time of the geocache game has probably drawn to a close. We have one more activity scheduled for later this year and then I'll put the games to rest, if not indefinitely, then at least for a long while. ..... From someone who is fairly new to GCA games, I do find that pretty disappointing...
