Have I missed something? the site seems to say something diferent. "The new application for the TomTom GO 510/710/910 is now available for download. This update is not available for GO 300/500/700, ONE or RIDER."

I think you could put this increase down to the fleet to federation contest, will be intresting to see the graph over the next few months to see what happens.

Now you have brought up my pet hate, I have had quite a few changed since I have been caching. If the owner does not want to change it, can a reviewer change it if it is brought to there attention?

I think some of the speed camera ones are for known regular mobile camera spots. that is a spot that is used on a regular basis by the moving car cameras.
