Perhaps Clyde can add something to GSAK to scrape this info direct off the gc.com website pages? I did ask Clyde about a macro to do just this but he doesn't think gc.com will take kindly to it. I beleive the solution has to come from gc.com, not from us sorting through each cache that hasn't been ...

Regarding the mapsource... not only do you have to buy the cd..

but then don't you have to purchase the different sections you wish to unlock to upload to your gpsr? :?:

Clyde (author of GSAK) advised that geocaching might not be all that happy with a macro that loads a heap of pages, it might look like spidering or data colelction.

I've just deleted the archived caches that I haven't found and in future I'll keep a closer eye on the update dates in gsak

Today I came across a problem that I wasnÂ’t aware of. The problem being that it appears archived caches donÂ’t appear in pocket queries, thus our database contain incorrect info.

I use a XDAII Phone/PocketPC with a Deconnex Bluetooth GPSr, running OziCE & GpxSonar. It works very well, only slows me down on the more indepth puzzle caches. Here is a pic of it in action http://www.geocaching.com/seek/log.aspx ... ID=5221766

I have an XDAII and a bluetooth gps... The XDA is a phone/pocketPC 2003 all in one. Install Oziexplorer & GPSSonar what more do you need? :) ok.. maps.. you also need to load some maps... ok.. you also need to load the latest cache info... ok.. run GSAK to dump the cache info as waypoints... I have a O2 XDAII phone/pocket PC 2003

I have found it to be excellent... Mind you today was the first time I used both oziexplorer and gps sonar together.... I'll report again how well things are going when my Ebay bluetooth GPS arrives..
