Event Caches
As an organiser of one event cache, I say give people some time to log thier finds/attendence after the event, then archive it. I just treat it like a normal cache, saves cluttering up people's list of locality caches with a cache that they can't do if it has been and gone.... hope this makes sense...

I use Easygps, Garmin and Cache Monkey. Easygps - only if I am downloading just a couple of waypoints from 1 page. Cache Monkey - For when I do a total update. rules of the game
I noticed that "new" rule before too, about no holiday placement caches. I agree with i! and loon in both respects of their arguements, we need to do something locally before the " controllers " try to take over the world....... well at least rule the game back into the dark ages... of only one type...
